USR faculty organises itself as a network system. Tutors \u2013 whether artists, architects, builders or academics \u2013 are in turn hosts, moderators and conversational partners. USR faculty members and its associates share an interest for trans-disciplinary topics and hands-on research.<\/p>\n
USR discards the traditional vertical teacher-student system in favour of a network system where individuals are partners in the process of learning.<\/p>\n
